JSW Energy raises ₹4,000 cr via issue of 7.61 cr shares on QIP

JSW Energy on Monday announced that it has raised ₹4,000 crore through issuing 7.61 crore shares on a qualified institutional placement (QIP) basis. The firm's board approved the allocation of shares at an issue price of ₹525 apiece, at a discount of 1.69% or ₹9.05 per share from the floor price. The company's finance committee held its meeting on Monday.
