JSW Group CFO Seshagiri Rao retires from board after 24-yr tenure

JSW Steel announced that Joint Managing Director & Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Seshagiri Rao has retired from the board of JSW Group after 24 years of service with effect from April 6, 2023. Rao will remain with the group as the CFO even after stepping down from the board. Rao joined the JSW Group as the CFO in 1997.
