JSW One Platforms files draft papers for ₹3,054 crore IPO

JSW One Platforms has filed draft papers with SEBI to raise up to ₹3,054 crore through an IPO. The issue will include a fresh share sale of up to ₹1,300 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) worth up to ₹1,754.01 crore. The B2B platform caters to businesses in the manufacturing and construction sectors.
