JSW Steel reports 3% rise in August steel production

JSW Steel's consolidated crude steel production rose 3% YoY to 24.65 lakh tonnes in August 2026. Indian operations recorded a 4% increase to 23.87 lakh tonnes, while US production fell 11%. Indian capacity utilisation stood at 88% during the month, keeping production growth positive despite weakness in Ohio.
