Judge & lawyer's clash turns personal at Rohini court, video goes viral

The video of a heated argument between Rohini District Court Judge Rakesh Kumar-V and Advocate Rajiv Tehlan has gone viral. The dispute, which began over Kumar's refusal to pass over a case, later turned personal, with Tehlan alleging he was intoxicated and abusive. The Delhi High Court relieved Kumar of his judicial duties and attached him to Delhi Judicial Academy.
