Junior engineer fired after 3 killed at Rau's coaching centre

A junior engineer has been terminated and an assistant engineer has been suspended after three IAS aspirants were killed due to flooding of a basement of Rau's IAS Study Circle in Delhi, MCD Commissioner Ashwani Kumar said. The action has been taken against officials of the maintenance department for Karol Bagh Zone. The basement was reportedly flooded "within 10 minutes".
