Juniper Hotels rises 2% after proposing ₹248-cr hotel acquisition

Juniper Hotels shares gained nearly 2% to ₹219.07 after the company proposed acquiring the operating Novotel Imagicaa hotel in Khopoli for ₹248 crore. The 287-key property spans around 11 acres and includes restaurants, banquet and meeting facilities. The acquisition will expand Juniper's presence in the Mumbai-Pune corridor and add an operating asset with existing cash flows.
