Jupiter's Great Red Spot is shaking & changing colour, finds NASA

NASA's Hubble Space Telescope has found that Jupiter's Great Red Spot (GRS) is undergoing unexpected oscillations and colour changes. The storm was found to be "jiggling like a bowl of gelatin," with size fluctuations that researchers had not anticipated. Its core becomes brightest when it reaches maximum size during these oscillations, suggesting reduced haze absorption in the upper atmosphere.
