Just Eat buys Grubhub in an all-stock deal worth $7.3 billion

British online food delivery company Just Eat is acquiring American online food ordering company Grubhub in an all-stock deal worth $7.3 billion. The merger will create the largest online food delivery outlet outside of China, according to the companies, and will focus on the US, UK, Germany and the Netherlands. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2021.
