Former Supreme Court judge and the lone dissenter in the Sabarimala case, Justice Indu Malhotra, visited the Sabarimala Temple on Friday. During the 2018 verdict in the case that allowed entry to women of all ages in the Sabarimala Temple, Justice Malhotra held that what constitutes an essential religious practice is for the religious community to decide, not the court.
