Justice Sharma to initiate contempt in excise case over defamatory content

Delhi HC Justice Swarana Sharma said she has taken cognisance of some "extremely vilifying and defamatory content" posted against her by some of the accused in excise policy case, and will initiate contempt proceedings against them. Notably, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal had sought Justice Sharma's recusal from excise policy case but the plea was rejected.
