Justin Trudeau to not contest 2025 Canadian federal elections

Outgoing Canadian PM Justin Trudeau has announced that he won't contest 2025 federal elections and seek re-election as MP from the riding of Papineau. "As to what I might be doing later, I honestly haven’t had much time to think about that at all," he said. Earlier this month, Trudeau announced his resignation as PM and leader of Liberal Party.
