Juul launches smart e-cigarette that monitors users' vaping

US-based e-cigarette manufacturer Juul Labs has launched a new e-cigarette 'Juul C1' that pairs with an Android-only app via Bluetooth and monitors users' vaping. It has reportedly been launched in the UK after a trial in Canada. The app records data on when and where the e-cigarette is used and keeps track of how many puffs a user takes.
