K'taka Cabinet to discuss changes to new criminal laws on July 4

The Karnataka government has come out against the three new criminal laws brought in by the Modi government. It plans to pass a bill against them in the Assembly. The Cabinet will meet on July 4 to discuss amendments. The state says its 23 recommendations were ignored. "There are serious flaws in the laws," said Karnataka Law Minister HK Patil.
