K’taka CM has better work to do than interfering in staff transfers: HC

The Karnataka High Court said CM Siddaramaiah shouldn't interfere in transfers and postings of government employees. "CM has better and more important work to perform than interfering with the transfers and postings," court said. "No request for transfer and posting should be entertained by CM's office directly...matter should end at the level of the department itself," it added.
