K'taka Congress leader Vinay Kulkarni, 8 others get bail in 2016 murder of BJP leader

The Karnataka High Court granted bail to Congress leader and former minister Vinay Kulkarni and eight others in the 2016 murder of BJP leader Yogesh Goudar. It also suspended their life sentences, imposed by a special CBI court, pending their appeals. Kulkarni was arrested after the BJP came to power and case was handed over to CBI in 2019.
