K'taka doctor leaves surgical mop in stomach during C-section

A Karnataka doctor has been accused of medical negligence for allegedly leaving surgical mop inside a woman's stomach during C-section. After being discharged, within a week woman developed high-fever and pain. A CT scan revealed 10 cm mass, later found to be surgical mop, which was removed in January. Her husband has raised the issue on National Consumer Grievance portal.
