K'taka Dy CM shows ₹500 note, dares BJP to change Mahatma Gandhi's photo

Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar, when asked about the Centre's Bill to replace the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee scheme (MGNREGA) with 'VB-G RAM G', dared the BJP to change Mahatma Gandhi's photo in Indian currency. "If the BJP has guts, let them change Gandhi's photo on rupee notes," he said while showing a ₹500 note in his hand.
