K'taka HC recalls stay order on monthly menstrual leave for women

The Karnataka High Court recalled its own stay order on state government's November 20 notification mandating registered establishments to grant one-day leave per month for women employees during their menstrual cycle. The court recalled its order after State Advocate General K Shashi Kiran Shetty requested the court to hear arguments on behalf of the state government.
