K'taka HC sends notice to Siddaramaiah on MUDA case closure plea

Karnataka High Court on Thursday issued notices to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and his wife, in connection with a petition challenging the action of the Special Court of People’s Representatives, which accepted the ‘B’ report in the alleged Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) scam case. Lokayukta police had earlier filed a B-Report against Siddaramaiah and others citing ‘lack of evidences’.
