K'taka nurse stabbed to death after she refused marriage proposal

A 27-year-old nurse, Sujata, was stabbed to death in Karnataka's Bangarapet (near Kolar) after she refused to marry a man who had been pressuring her. The accused, Chiranjeevi, was caught at the scene by locals and later arrested by police. Sujata's family said they had previously complained about harassment, but no action was taken. Police have registered a murder case and are investigating.
