K'taka suspends Kudremukh trekking amid heavy rain

Trekking activities in Karnataka's Kudremukh Wildlife Division have been temporarily suspended following heavy rainfall and unsafe trail conditions. The Forest Department has closed trekking routes in the Kudremukh, Belthangady and Kerekatte zones. Trekkers with advance bookings will receive full refunds, while officials continue to monitor weather conditions before reopening the trails.
