Kabir Singh maker says 'fear will change society' on vet's rape; criticised

After 'Kabir Singh' director Sandeep Reddy Vanga wrote that "fear is the only thing that'll change society" while commenting on a 27-year-old Hyderabad veterinarian's rape and murder, he was criticised on Twitter.
