Kajaria Ceramics fires CFO of subsidiary over ₹20-crore fraud

Kajaria Ceramics fired Dilip Kumar Maliwal, the chief financial officer of wholly owned subsidiary Kajaria Bathware, over embezzlement and siphoning of funds at a unit of the subsidiary. The fraud has been committed over a period of last two years and involves an amount of ₹20 crore, company said. A complaint has been filed with Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing.
