Kalpataru Projects to acquire remaining 35% stake in KIOCL

Kalpataru Projects International Limited entered an agreement to acquire the remaining 35% equity stake in KIOCL for SAR 10 million. Valued at approximately $2.67 million, this cash transaction targets 100% control by May 31, 2026. KPIL reported Q3FY26 revenue of ₹6,665 crore, maintaining an 8.2% EBITDA margin and 9.96% ROE.
