Kamala Harris concedes defeat in US elections, congratulates Trump on phone call

US Vice President Kamala Harris has conceded defeat in the Presidential elections. She called Donald Trump to congratulate him on his election victory, a senior Harris aide told AP. "She discussed the importance of a peaceful transfer of power and being a president for all Americans," the senior aide added.
