Kamala Harris gives video message to supporters, people ask 'Is she OK?'

After US Vice President Kamala Harris gave a video message to supporters, social media users questioned, "Is she OK?" "I just have to remind you, don't you ever let anybody take the power from you," Harris, who lost to Donald Trump in US Presidential elections, said. "Have you been drinking?" and "She sounds and looks extremely drunk," people said.
