Kamala Harris will be next US President: Forecaster Allan known for accurate predictions

American election forecaster Allan Lichtman, who is known for accurate predictions, has said that Kamala Harris will be the next US President. Out of the '13 keys' that Lichtman uses to predict the winner, eight are in favour of Harris, while three are in favour of Trump. He said that the two remaining keys related to foreign policy are tricky.
