Kamala is competent to run for US Prez again in 4 years: Biden

Outgoing US President Joe Biden said he believed Vice-President Kamala Harris is competent to run for presidency again after four years, adding that the decision to do so would ultimately lie with her. Harris, who is the US' first female Vice-President, was endorsed by Biden to contest against President-elect Donald Trump for 2024 elections after he decided to step aside.
