Kane Williamson not in New Zealand's ODI squad to face Pakistan

Kane Williamson has not been picked in New Zealand's ODI team to face Pakistan later this month. The reasons for his unavailability are unconfirmed, but he opted out of a central contract this season, and it could be down to him having IPL and PSL commitments (as commentator and player respectively). He will also miss the first three PSL games.
