Tanushree pens letter for Kangana, calls her A++ list actress

Tanushree Dutta has penned a letter for Kangana Ranaut, in which she called Kangana an "A++ list actress" and added, "She is the only one who made it to the top...in Bollywood without the nagging support...of A- list male stars."
