Actress Kangana Ranaut was named the best actress for 'Queen' at the 62nd National Film Awards announced Tuesday. 'Queen' has also been honoured with the Best Film award in the Feature Films category. This is Kangana's second National Award after she won the Best Supporting Actress award for her performance as a drug-addicted model in Madhur Bhandarkar's Fashion in 2008.
