Kapil Sibal slams EC after receiving SIR notice in Delhi

Senior advocate and former MP Kapil Sibal criticised the Election Commission after receiving a notice under Delhi's SIR exercise, questioning his citizenship status despite being a registered voter. He alleged 63 lakh names were excluded from 1.45 crore voters and called it a "big scam". Notices were also issued to Arvind Kejriwal and CM Rekha Gupta.
