Karachi inspector who cracked down on Lyari gangs seeks royalty from 'Dhurandhar' makers

Deputy Inspector General of Pakistan's Sindh Police Omar Shahid Hamid, in a podcast, sought royalty from 'Dhurandhar' makers, saying the film's content belonged to them. Omar, who was the protege of Karachi Police's Chaudhary Aslam Khan, took over the crackdown on Lyari gangs after Aslam's assassination. In the podcast, Omar admitted that Indian intelligence agencies infiltrated Karachi gangs.
