Kargal Police rescue young woman from canal after suicide bid

Kargal police rescued a young woman after she jumped into a canal in Sagar taluk, Shivamogga, after a failed love affair. Members of the public who were fishing nearby alerted the police, prompting an immediate rescue operation. The woman was later taken to the police station and her parents were informed.
