Karnataka approves Gramanubhava scheme for students

Karnataka has approved the ‘Gramanubhava’ scheme to give urban students first-hand exposure to village life. Under the programme, students will visit villages, stay overnight and learn about agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, art and culture. The initiative will cover 160 government schools and pre-university colleges.
