Karnataka brings IVF, ICSI under state health insurance scheme

Karnataka has included Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) procedures under the AB-PMJAY-CM’s ArK scheme, providing fertility treatment support to economically weaker couples. Health Minister U.T. Khader announced the decision in the Legislative Council. Covered procedures include IVF, ICSI and frozen embryo transfer (FET), expanding access to advanced fertility care.
