Karnataka CM accuses BJP of offering ₹5 crore to MLAs

Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy on Thursday alleged that the state's Bharatiya Janata Party leaders offered ₹5 crore to two MLAs of the Congress-Janata Dal (Secular) alliance to change parties. The leaders were allegedly promised cash and ministerial posts as a reward for joining the party, Kumaraswamy said while addressing a press conference.
