Karnataka CM rejects Kumaraswamy’s corruption allegations

Karnataka Chief Minister D K Shivakumar has rejected the corruption allegations levelled by JD(S) leader H D Kumaraswamy over the NICE Road project. Shivakumar acknowledged owning assets worth ₹1,400 crore but said they were acquired legally, and challenged Kumaraswamy to submit evidence of alleged corruption to the Income Tax Department.
