Karnataka developers owe homebuyers ₹627 cr for delayed projects
Real estate developers in Karnataka owe homebuyers over ₹627 crore in refunds for delayed delivery of apartments, according to a Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (KRERA) document accessed by Moneycontrol. The state revenue department has recovered only ₹79.9 crore as of August, the document showed. This includes 185 cases filed at KRERA for recovery.
