Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah inaugurated around 140 new state road transport buses for commuters at the Vidhana Soudha. These include 40 non-AC sleeper buses named 'Pallakki', which will ply inter-city and long-distance routes. This marks the first time that the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) is introducing a non-AC bus under its own brand name.
