Karnataka HC stays CCI's probe against Amazon and Flipkart

The Karnataka High Court has put on hold an antitrust investigation into Amazon and Flipkart by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for two months following Amazon's challenge. CCI had ordered an investigation into Amazon and Flipkart over alleged violations of competition law and deep discounting practices. Earlier, Amazon had said CCI didn't have prima facie proof to order investigation.
