Karnataka HC orders fresh hearing in Kharge land allotment case on Oct 30

Karnataka High Court recalled its August 18 order in the Siddhartha Vihara Trust land allotment case, linked to AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge's family, and scheduled a fresh hearing for October 30. The case involves alleged illegal allotment of 7 acres worth ₹240 crore by BDA and KIADB to the trust.
