Karnataka HC upholds Genpact office seizure in ₹7,800-cr case

The Karnataka High Court upheld ED's seizure of Genpact India's Gurugram office in a ₹7,800-crore money-routing case. However, it ordered authorities to reconsider Genpact's application for approval of a proposed $100-million investment in GIFT City. The case involves transactions with Morgan Stanley and Genpact entities through which funds moved into India and then back overseas.
