Karnataka High Court stays investigation against Tejasvi Surya

The Karnataka High Court granted interim relief to BJP MP Tejasvi Surya and stayed the investigation in the case registered against him for spreading "fake news" regarding farmer suicide in Haveri. The court was taking notice of the petitioner's submission that the alleged post had been deleted after the police issued a clarification regarding the suicide.
