Karnataka limits Vande Mataram to 2 stanzas at govt events

Karnataka's Congress government has ordered only the first two stanzas of Vande Mataram to be sung at state programmes, except events attended by the President, Vice-President, Prime Minister, or Governor. The move follows a Cabinet decision and contrasts with the Union Home Ministry's January directive to sing all six stanzas.
