Karnataka may face severe water, power shortages amid drought: CM Shivakumar

Karnataka CM DK Shivakumar said the state could face severe shortages of drinking water and electricity in coming days as drought conditions worsen. The state has received only 10 mm of rain against the normal 51 mm so far in September.
