Karnataka sex scandal: HD Revanna in SIT custody till May 8

A Bengaluru court on Sunday remanded senior JD(S) leader and party MLA HD Revanna in police custody till May 8 in connection with a case of alleged kidnapping and illegal confining of a woman. Revanna was arrested on Saturday after his anticipatory bail plea was rejected. The FIR was registered against Revanna based on a complaint by the woman’s son.
