Karnataka to add photos, QR codes to Pahani land records

Karnataka’s Revenue Department is upgrading Pahani land records with farmers’ photographs, addresses, Aadhaar numbers and FRUITS IDs. New RTCs will also carry QR codes to verify property details, including active bank loans. Akarbandh land records will be digitally linked to Pahani. The government aims to issue 25 lakh updated RTCs in 3-4 months.
