The dating rumours surfaced after a video went viral featuring Sreeleela at a family event hosted by Kartik and his parents for his sister Dr Kritika Tiwari. Kartik Aaryan had earlier confirmed that he would be starring with Sreeleela in Anurag Basu's yet-untitled film.
